| I thoroughly enjoyed this story, and am quite anxious to know whether it's part of a series or a stand-alone. I want to know more about these interesting characters! |

Yes, this was actually my favorite of the pick this time around. I was really happy to get this one; it has that wonderful blend of genre conventions that I enjoy so much, with strong characters and excellent execution. _________________ Tower of Light Bookstore

Thanks so much for the comments!
I got the idea for this story while I was walking on a nearby farm's pasture. Downed tree limbs, white without their bark, looked like dragon bones to me. The opening line of the story came to me and I hurried home repeating it to myself so I wouldn't forget it. I didn't know where the story was going, though. It 'arrived' as I wrote it -- always a fun surprise!
As to the question, I have no other stories completed with these characters. I did have an idea, but I haven't found a really good way to write it. Maybe someday...
Thanks again for the very, very kind comments! |
